Description
As a Senior Hardware Certification Engineer with focus on DO-254, you will be an important part of our Certification and Systems Engineering organization, supporting the development and certification of advanced unmanned aircraft systems. Your main focus will be the development assurance and certification of airborne electronic hardware. You will work closely with Hardware, Systems Engineering, Safety, Verification & Validation and Certification teams to ensure that hardware development and verification activities fulfil the applicable certification objectives. You will translate certification and safety requirements into practical engineering activities and help ensure that the required compliance evidence is complete, consistent, traceable and ready for review by certification authorities. What is your Day to Day Mission: Plan, coordinate and support DO-254 / ED-80 hardware certification activities throughout the hardware development lifecycle.
