Über uns und die Rolle Die KION Battery Systems GmbH (KBS) ist ein Joint Venture der KION GROUP AG und der BMZ Holding GmbH und fertigt am Standort Karlstein am Main seit 2020 leistungsstarke 48- und 80-Volt-Batteriesysteme mit Lithium-Ionen-Technologie für die E-Stapler der KION Tochterunternehmen STILL und Linde Material Handling. Seit 2022 erweitert eine zweite Produktionsstraße für 24-Volt-Batterien den Standort. In diesem Umfeld steuern Sie den Kundenservice und das Reklamationsmanagement für die gefertigten Batteriesysteme. Ihre Aufgaben Kompetente Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Reklamationen im Backoffice mit hoher Service- und Lösungsorientierung Bearbeitung interner Rückfragen zu Kundenreklamationen sowie Koordination der erforderlichen Klärungen mit Service, Qualität und weiteren Fachbereichen Erfassung von Kundenaufträgen nach erfolgter interner technischer Klärung und durchgängige Pflege der auftragsbezogenen Daten im ERP-System Bearbeitung von Anfragen zu Ersatz- und Verschleißteilen einschließlich technischer beziehungsweise kaufmännischer Vorprüfung, Angebotserstellung und Auftragsbestätigung Nachhalten von Bestellungen, Überwachung zugesagter Termine und frühzei…
