Le Product Management, c’est notre ADN. Chez Hubvisory, tu ne te contentes pas de gérer un backlog : tu deviens la référence produit incontournable pour accompagner nos clients grands comptes sur les produits digitaux qui tiennent leur chaîne d’approvisionnement debout. Référencement transporteurs, flux maritimes, routiers et ferroviaires, données critiques, maîtrise des coûts réels. Des sujets denses, peu spectaculaires vus de loin, et parmi les plus structurants qu’un Product Manager puisse porter. Ce que tu fais concrètement : Tu pars du terrain avant de concevoir. Cartographie des flux de données, entretiens avec les coordinateurs transport parfois répartis sur plusieurs pays, identification des vrais irritants. Tu traduis ce qui remonte en parcours cibles, pas en liste de demandes. Tu portes une vision à deux ou trois ans. Tu construis la roadmap d’une plateforme de référencement et de pilotage : automatisation des appels d’offres, gestion des quotas, prévision des délais d’acheminement. Tu décides ce qu’on construit, et ce qu’on laisse tomber. Tu prends la donnée en main. Modèles interconnectés, qualité de la donnée, écarts entre coûts réels transporteurs et refacturation…
