Deine Rolle Mittelständische Unternehmer erleben Beratungen meist in einer austauschbaren Eventsprache: Konferenzhotel, Standard-Catering, ein Programm, das in jedem Raum gleich aussieht. Genau dort liegt der Hebel für ein anderes Modell, über alle Anlassgrößen vom Webinar bis zur eigenen Konferenz. Vogel berät mehrere Tausend mittelständische Unternehmen in steuerlichen, kaufmännischen und strategischen Fragen. Für dieses Netzwerk bauen wir die Event-Infrastruktur auf: Roundtables, Retreats, Salon-Formate, individuelle Mandanten-Dinner, eine laufende Webinar-Reihe, ausgewählte Messeauftritte und perspektivisch eine eigene Mittelstandskonferenz. Auch unsere internen Anlässe wie Town Hall, Sommerfest und Off-sites sollen sich anfühlen wie Vogel und nicht wie ein Standard-Firmenfest. Du kommst aus der Premium-Hospitality, aus einem gehobenen Restaurant oder von einer Event-Marke mit hohem Anspruch und willst Formate selbst entwerfen, statt fertige Konzepte umzusetzen. Du verantwortest die Event- und Brand-Experience von Vogel, arbeitest im Growth-Team und eng mit der Geschäftsführung an ausgewählten Formaten.
