Herzliche Kommunikation: Du beantwortest Anfragen per Telefon, Live-Chat, E-Mail und Social Media mit präzisen, markenbezogenen Informationen und einer ordentlichen Portion Einfühlungsvermögen. Customer Experience Champion: Du unterstützt uns aktiv dabei, die Customer-Experience-Funktion von Grund auf mitzugestalten und weiterzuentwickeln.
