De stageopdrachten Bij de afdeling HR hebben we twee interessante stageopdrachten openstaan. Beide opdrachten zijn gericht op het slimmer, efficiënter en minder foutgevoelig maken van onze HR-processen. Samen kijken we welke opdracht het beste aansluit bij jouw opleiding, interesses en kwaliteiten. Opdracht 1: Optimaliseren van HR- en verzuimprocessen Binnen HR vinden veel mutaties plaats in Medicum, onze verzuimmonitor, en AFAS. Een deel van deze mutaties heeft direct invloed op de loonstroken en salarisbetalingen. Jij brengt het huidige proces in kaart en onderzoekt hoe we dit slimmer kunnen inrichten.
