Für unseren Kunden suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Manager Vertriebskanäle und Produktmanagement (m/w/d) in Vollzeit am Standort Neuss. In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position gestalten Sie digitale Vertriebsstrategien, optimieren bestehende Bankprodukte und treiben die Weiterentwicklung moderner Vertriebskanäle aktiv voran. Unser Kunde ist ein etabliertes, mittelständisch geprägtes Unternehmen aus der Finanzdienstleistungsbranche mit Sitz in Neuss. Das Unternehmen verbindet traditionelle Werte mit innovativen Banklösungen und legt besonderen Wert auf individuelle Kundenbetreuung, digitale Weiterentwicklung und langfristige Geschäftsbeziehungen. Aufgaben Sie entwickeln digitale, mobile und persönliche Vertriebskanäle strategisch weiter. Sie steuern Projekte zur Einführung neuer Bankprodukte und optimieren bestehende Vertriebsprozesse. Sie betreuen die Omnikanalplattform und begleiten Releases sowie neue Funktionen. Sie analysieren Markttrends, bewerten innovative Finanzprodukte und erarbeiten Handlungsempfehlungen.
