đ Contexte & Ă©quipe Pennylane ouvre un poste dâAgent de recouvrement pour rejoindre lâĂ©quipe Finance et accompagner sa croissance. RattachĂ©.e au Associate Team Lead Finance ADV, tu auras pour mission de suivre les encours clients, de relancer les comptes dĂ©biteurs et de recouvrir les impayĂ©s, de la phase amiable jusqu'au contentieux. Soucieux.se de prĂ©server notre proximitĂ© avec nos clients, tu veilleras Ă adapter lâensemble des Ă©tapes aux standards de qualitĂ© de lâentreprise. đŻ Les missions Portefeuille & relation client : gestion active des impayĂ©s multi-produits (SaaS et bancaire), relances multicanales, nĂ©gociation dâĂ©chĂ©anciers, traitement des rejets SEPA / CB et chargebacks. Escalade & contentieux : mise en demeure, recouvrement judiciaire, suivi des procĂ©dures collectives (LJ / RJ / radiation) avec mandataires et liquidateurs. Pilotage & arbitrages : DSO, taux de recouvrement, balance ĂągĂ©e ; alerte des comptes Ă risque et prĂ©conisation de suspension / rĂ©siliation ; dĂ©blocage des litiges factu avec lâADV. Industrialisation & conformitĂ© : process de relance, automatisation / IA, remontĂ©e des causes dâimpayĂ©s, et conformitĂ© des procĂ©dures de recouvrement. đ Tu es le/la canâŠ
