We're looking for a Chief of Staff to multiply it: someone who works across every department, uses AI and clear structured thinking to find what is slowing the business down, and fixes it. Above all, you get things over the line. In a growing business, good initiatives stall between departments, wait on decisions nobody owns and quietly lose momentum. You'll pick them up, clear the blockers, chase the decisions and drive each one to a finished, measured result, with urgency and without waiting to be asked. This is not an executive assistant role and not a strategy-deck role. You'll own a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives and the leadership operating rhythm, and your influence will come from results and relationships, not borrowed authority.
