The role We’re looking for a strategic, proactive EA / workplace manager to amplify our founders impact and make Lucis run seamlessly. You will watch their back. You’ll be the operational backbone of our Paris HQ, orchestrating founder logistics, shaping the company rhythm, and enabling the team to scale fast and smoothly. You'll scale faster than the founders, and will grow faster than the company. What you'll own Founder velocity: Owning the complex, multi-time-zone calendars and travel logistics to ensure the founders are always in the right place at the right time with the right information. Assisting the founders in their day-to-day important events: board meetings, client meetings, and co. You'll help founders be on top of their game.
