Location: Bracknell, UK (hybrid, 2 days per week in office) | Type: Full-time, 37.5 hour Reports to: Head of Portfolio The role in brief Most learning designers build courses. In this role, you will own them. As our Instructional Design & Training Products Manager, you will take a portfolio of professional training products from first idea to finished, quality-assured release, and keep them at their best for as long as they are in use. The training you build is used by aviation (civil and defence) professionals whose decisions keep people safe, so getting it right matters. You will work alongside some of the most respected subject matter experts in aviation safety, helping them turn deep technical knowledge into learning that is clear, engaging and works in the classroom, online and in blended formats. You will have real influence over how we design, develop and quality-assure our training, including how we use AI to do it better.
