................ Für unseren Kunden in Zürich suchen wir eine:n kundenorientierte:n und technisch versierte:n IT-Supporter:in E-Banking. In dieser Funktion bist du für den technischen Second-Level-Support der digitalen Bankdienstleistungen verantwortlich und unterstützt Kundinnen und Kunden bei technischen Fragestellungen und Störungen. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit internen Fachstellen sowie externen Partnern zusammen und trägst zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Supportprozesse bei. Deine Aufgaben: Sicherstellung des technischen Second-Level-Supports für digitale Dienstleistungen und E-Banking-Plattformen Analyse, Eingrenzung und Behebung technischer Störungen sowie Bearbeitung von Incident- und Problem-Tickets Telefonische Betreuung und Unterstützung von Kundinnen und Kunden auf Deutsch und Französisch Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen via Telefon, E-Mail und Remote-Zugriff unter Einhaltung definierter Prozesse und SLAs Priorisierung, Klassifizierung und Koordination von Incidents sowie Eskalation an interne Fachstellen oder den Third-Level-Support Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen, Herstellern und Internet-Providern zur Lösungsfindung Dokumentation von Supportfällen, F…
