Das Diakonische Werk Heidenheim ist eine Einrichtung des Evangelischen Kirchenbezirks Heidenheim. Das Aufgabenspektrum reicht von der Familien- und Lebensberatung, der psychosozialen Beratungs- und ambulanten Behandlungsstelle für Suchtkranke und Suchtgefährdete, der Schuldnerberatung über ambulante Hospizarbeit, bis zum Frauen- und Kinderschutzhaus. Dort finden Frauen mit ihren Kindern zeitweise Unterschlupf und Schutz vor Gewalt und werden von weiblichen Fachkräften psychosozial betreut. Das Diakonische Werk sucht für unser Frauen- und Kinderschutzhaus ab dem 01.01.2027 eine Hausmeisterin Die Stelle ist zunächst auf 2 Jahre befristet, mit der Aussicht auf Entfristung. Der Arbeitsumfang umfasst 12,5% (4,9 Wochenstunden). Die Vergütung erfolgt nach TVöD/KAO (EG 5). Aufgaben Sie unterstützen die Mitarbeiterinnen und Bewohnerinnen mit ihren Kindern dort, wo handwerkliches Geschick gefragt ist und kümmern sich um Haus und Garten. Zu ihren Aufgaben gehören neben dem Rasenmähen und Baumschnitt im Garten auch allerlei kleine Reparaturen im und um das Haus herum.
