Über Finton Finton ist eine AI-Native Finance-Beratung, die AI-gestützte Lösungen für den CFO-Bereich konzipiert und implementiert. Unsere Services erbringen wir mit unserer eigenen Software, die den Berater von Projektmanagement über Datenverarbeitung bis zu Datenanalyse und Dashboard-Erstellung durchgängig mit AI unterstützt. Konkret heißt das: Wir setzen auf dem bestehenden ERP, der Buchhaltung und den operativen Systemen des Kunden auf, bringen die Daten zusammen und liefern in kürzester Zeit ein produktives Ergebnis, etwa ein monatliches Management Reporting mit Kommentierung, einen rollierenden 13-Wochen-Cash-Forecast, eine Deckungsbeitrags- und Umsatzanalyse nach Kunden, Produkten oder Projekten oder einen Datenraum und ein Financial Fact Book für eine anstehende Transaktion. Daneben arbeiten wir klassisch beratend: als Sparringspartner des CFO bei Budget, Forecast und Investorenkommunikation, als Interim-Kapazität in der Finanzabteilung und als Unterstützung bei M&A, Fundraising und Due-Diligence-Vorbereitung.
