Über Teaching Socials Teaching Socials ist die führende Unternehmensberatung für Personal Brands im Finanz- & Immobilienbereich im DACH-Raum. Unser Team aus 25 High-Performern hat innerhalb von 2 Jahren ein konstantes Monatswachstum von über 750.000 € aufgebaut. Wir verbinden Sichtbarkeit, Kundenakquise und Unternehmenswachstum in einem System – und du sorgst mit deinen Videos dafür, dass aus Ideen Reichweite, aus Zuschauern qualifizierte Leads und aus Personal Brands messbare Ergebnisse werden. Deine Aufgaben Content-Strategie: Du entwickelst für jeden Kunden einen Content-Plan für die nächsten Wochen und leitest daraus einen klaren Produktionsplan für die Cutter ab. Ideen und Skripte: Du findest die Themen, Hooks und Titel für alle Hauptvideos auf YouTube und schreibst die Skripte selbst. Dreh: Du begleitest Drehs, verstehst Kamera, Licht und Ton und greifst selbst zur Kamera, wenn es nötig ist. Schnitt und Qualität: Du gibst jedes Video frei, bevor es zum Kunden geht. Was nicht gut genug ist, geht zurück. Cutter-Führung: Du führst das Cutter-Team, gibst regelmäßig konkretes Feedback und machst jeden Editor messbar besser.
