The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced developer to join our small engineering team. The centre of the role is backend development in Python or Go and cloud infrastructure, with some front-end work alongside. At Deepdesk, we are building “Augmented Intelligence” for the enterprise. Think Gmail Smart Compose for contact centres. We use machine learning to provide agents with real-time recommendations and autocomplete suggestions, supporting them in efficiently assisting customers. Alongside recommendations, we offer fully virtual assistants that can take care of repetitive tasks.
