Mission En tant que Head of Product Transformation, tu accompagnes nos clients grands comptes dans leur transition vers une organisation Produit : la bonne structuration des équipes, les bonnes expertises, les bons processus, le bon mode de financement, la bonne gouvernance, les bonnes trajectoires d'évolution. Tu pourra être amené·e à : Piloter l'audit de maturité de l'organisation en stratégie produit et tech, en incluant l'intégration et l'impact de l'IA sur la chaîne de valeur Définir l’organisation cible au travers du Product Operating Model (organisation des équipes produit, gouvernance, processus, financement, etc.) pour garantir l'efficacité et la scalabilité de la fonction Produit Piloter le déploiement de la transformation produit et adresser les chantiers transversaux qui permettent cette transition en étant hands-on Collaborer avec les parties prenantes seniors du client et être leur sparring partner tout au long de la transformation Coacher et accompagner les équipes produit pour les faire gagner en maturité, en diffusant de bonnes pratiques qui tiennent dans la durée Assurer une veille sectorielle et méthodologique selon tes appétences, notamment sur l'évoluti…
