About the Role A German-qualified senior legal partner will help shape the growth of an AI-enabled legal services business. You will bring an established client practice to a technology-driven platform, continue advising clients, and help build a scalable model for recurring legal work. What You'll Do Help guide the firm's growth and contribute to its next stage of development. Continue serving your existing clients while transitioning suitable recurring matters to an AI agent platform. Build market credibility and develop opportunities through your private equity, venture capital, and mid-market relationships. Identify and develop cross-selling opportunities in commercial and compliance legal services. Work with the founding team to improve workflows and automate repeatable legal work. What We're Looking For 12 to 20 or more years of German legal practice, with experience at partner level. German-qualified Volljurist and admitted Rechtsanwalt, with native-level German and professional English.
