Unser Kunde, ein pharmazeutisches Unternehmen mit höchsten Qualitätsansprüchen, sucht einen Spezialisten in der Qualifizierung / Softwarevalidierung (Mensch), der mit technischem Know-how und GMP-Expertise Anlagen und Prozesse auf ein neues Level hebt. ⚙️ Deine Mission Du stellst sicher, dass Bestandsanlagen in der pharmazeutischen Produktion (z. B. Abfüllanlagen, Reinmedienanlagen, Autoklaven) den GMP-Vorgaben entsprechen. Du erstellst und pflegst wiederkehrende Bewertungen, jährliche Requalifizierungen und Audit-Trail-Reviews. Du übernimmst die Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Qualifizierungen und Requalifizierungen. Du entwickelst URS (User Requirement Specifications) und führst Risikoanalysen gemäß GMP-Richtlinien durch. Du schreibst und aktualisierst SOPs zur Bedienung und Reinigung von Anlagen. Du begleitest Audits, erstellst Abweichungsberichte, Change-Control-Anträge und CAPAs.
