Description
We are looking for an Operations Assistant to support our Head of Operations with organizing and coordinating the team. You will help keep priorities, meetings, information and follow-ups clear, and help the team stay aligned as our site and production organization grow. This is a junior, hands-on role for someone who is organized, dependable and eager to learn. You will work closely with the Head of Operations, gain a broad view of how the business runs, and take on more responsibility as you build confidence and experience. About us We're a Germany-based rocketry startup currently in stealth mode, scaling up rapidly to meet the demand for high-performance, reliable, and scalable solid propulsion technologies for space and defense applications. We are building our first production facility and are applying our knowledge toward serial production of solid rocket motors. We are working hard to build something truly spectacular.
