Im Auftrag unseres Kunden Toggenburger AG suchen wir einen Applikations-Manager 80% - 100% Unsere interne IT-Abteilung ist der interne Dienstleister für sieben Unternehmen an 20 Standorten. Mit einem engagierten Team von acht IT-Spezialisten stellen wir sicher, dass alle Bereiche der Hard- und Software sowie der Kommunikation zuverlässig und sicher für alle Anwender verfügbar sind. Bei uns sind Menschen jeden Geschlechts willkommen. Ihre Aufgaben Eigenverantwortliche Projekte und die Möglichkeit, innovative Lösungen aktiv mitzugestalten. Beraten und unterstützen der Anwender in den Bereichen Applikations- und Prozesshandhabung Sicherstellen der Überwachung des laufenden Applikationsbetriebs; Koordinieren und Überwachen aller Tätigkeiten, welche dazu dienen, die Verfügbarkeit, Wiederherstellbarkeit, Leistung und den Ressourcenverbrauch der Applikation zu verfolgen Informieren der Anwender bei Störungen, applikatorischen Meldungen oder über geplante Unterbrüche Analyse, Workaround und Behebung von Störungen/Fehlern Erstellen von spezifischen Auswertungen/Statistiken Planung von und Mitarbeit bei Releases Erstellen, Aktualisieren, Pflegen und Verwalten der benötigten Dokumentationen I…
