Finance Für unseren Mandanten, ein seit 50 Jahren expandierendes, modernes und überregional tätiges Spezialkreditinstitut, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Senior Spezialist (w/m/d) Gesamtbanksteuerung am Standort Straubing. Das erwartet Sie: Konzeption, Weiterentwicklung und Interpretation komplexer steuerungsrelevanter Analysen und Reports Ableitung fundierter Handlungsempfehlungen für das Management Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung des Gesamtrisikoprofils sowie Integration in die Gesamtbanksteuerung Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten Weiterentwicklung von Methoden und Prozessen im Steuerungsumfeld Kritische Analyse und Validierung bestehender Risikomessmethoden Perspektivische Führung und Förderung als Teamleitung eines 8-köpfigen Melde- und Rechnungswesenteams Das sollten Sie mitbringen: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Bankausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung oder Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finanzmathematik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Gesamtbanksteuerung, im Risikocontrolling oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion im Finanzdienstleis…
