Ihre Aufgaben Telefonische Beratung von Interessenten zu unseren Weiterbildungsangeboten Ermittlung individueller Bedürfnisse und beruflicher Ziele Unterstützung bei der Auswahl unserer Weiterbildungen Aktive Kontaktaufnahme mit potenziellen Teilnehmern Begleitung von Interessenten von der ersten Anfrage bis zur Buchung Dokumentation der Beratungsgespräche im CRM-System Aufbau und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen Ihr Profil Quereinsteiger sind ausdrücklich willkommen – Erfahrung in der Kundenberatung oder im Vertrieb ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.
