Description
As Talent & People Strategy Intern at Lio, you will help build the team and people infrastructure behind one of Europe’s fastest-growing AI companies. Backed by a16z and Y Combinator, we are building a category-defining product and an exceptional team to match. Working closely with the People & Culture team and our hiring managers, you will identify and engage outstanding talent while helping establish the systems and processes that will support Lio as we scale. This isn’t a role where you simply support existing people operations. You will help build them from the ground up. What You'll Do In this role, you will: Actively identify and approach exceptional candidates, building a strong pipeline of A-players who can shape Lio’s next stage of growth Take ownership of sourcing projects using LinkedIn Recruiter: from defining target profiles and building searches to crafting outreach that gets responses Conduct initial interviews, assess candidate motivation and fit, and create an outstanding first impression of Lio Help implement HiBob and build the foundation of a scalable, data-driven People Operations function Design and improve people processes across recruiting, onboarding,…
