Tu connais ton produit par cœur. Et si tu apprenais à en comprendre un nouveau à chaque mission ? 🚀 🎯 Ton rôle En tant que Consultant Product Manager, tu deviens LA référence chez nos clients. Nouveau terrain, nouvelle équipe, nouveau problème : en quelques semaines, tu as pris la main sur le produit et tu as embarqué tout le monde. 🧩 Tes responsabilités clés Comprendre avant de construire. Tu pars des vrais besoins : interviews utilisateurs, JTBD, benchmarks. Tu repars avec le bon problème, pas avec la demande initiale. Cadrer et arbitrer. Tu construis la roadmap et tu priorises le backlog. Quand Business, Tech et Design tirent chacun de leur côté, c’est toi qui tranches. Faire livrer. Tu orchestres le delivery agile avec les équipes Tech et Design, du prototype à la mise en production. Mesurer ce qui compte. Tes KPI et tes OKR servent à décider, pas à décorer un slide. Dire non quand il faut. Tu conseilles les parties prenantes et tu embarques les équipes autour des bonnes décisions. 🎯 Notre objectif : faire de toi un consultant que les clients redemandent.
