Description
We are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to lead end-to-end financial planning, reporting, and forecasting for operating expenses across the organization. In this role, you will own cost center analysis, drive forecast consolidation, manage systems integrity between TM1 and NetSuite, and serve as a strategic finance business partner to department leaders across the company. The ideal candidate brings strong financial modeling expertise, hands-on experience with corporate planning tools, and the confidence to constructively challenge operational teams on budget assumptions while translating complex numbers into actionable business narratives. Responsibilities: Own the FP&A OpEx close—analyzing variances, preparing monthly management reporting packs (P&L, dashboards, board inputs), and partnering with Accounting on accruals and prepayments. Own planning, trend analysis, and variance commentary for non-people OpEx (software, marketing, T&E, professional services). Track cost efficiency metrics and ensure accurate TM1 mapping.
