HR Manager (m/w/d) Für ein etabliertes, international tätiges Dienstleistungsunternehmen mit mehreren Standorten in Deutschland suchen wir eine erfahrene HR-Persönlichkeit für die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Personalbereiche in Süddeutschland. Die Position verbindet strategische Personalarbeit mit operativer Beratung und regelmäßiger Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams vor Ort Ihre Aufgaben Gesamtverantwortung for HR-Themen an mehreren Produktions- bzw. Dienstleistungsstandorten mit einer großen Mitarbeitendenzahl Fachliche Begleitung, Beratung und Weiterentwicklung der lokalen HR-Ansprechpartnerinnen und-Ansprechpartner Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften und Management als kompetente Ansprechperson für sämtliche Personalfragen Planung und Umsetzung strategischer HR-Projekte sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung von Personalprozessen Steuerung des Recruiting-Prozesses für Fach- und Führungskräfte in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Recruiting-Team Förderung interner Talente und Nachwuchskräfte sowie Mitgestaltung von Entwicklungs- und Feedbackprozessen Beratung zu arbeitsrechtlichen und betriebsverfassungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen Konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsräten und Mitwirk…
