Dafür suchen wir keinen reinen Techie, sondern jemanden, der Menschen begeistert und mitnimmt. Aufgaben Du findest gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen heraus, wo KI echten Nutzen bringt, und setzt Prioritäten. Du führst KI-gestützte Abläufe ein – vom Prozessdesign über den Pilot bis zum Rollout. Du befähigst unsere Mitarbeitenden: mit Schulungen, Begleitung im Alltag und einem offenen Ohr. Du entwickelst die Prozesse laufend weiter und machst den Erfolg messbar. Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen, IT und Geschäftsführung.
