Als internationales, stark wachsendes Unternehmen im Bereich der digitalen Immobilienvermarktung suchen wir für unseren Hauptsitz in Lengnau (BE) für den Customer Support eine lösungsorientierte, aufgeschlossene Person, die den Kundenkontakt schätzt. Deine Aufgaben: Als zentrale Ansprechperson betreust und unterstützt du unsere Kunden bei der Einrichtung unserer Softwarelösung “HELLO OS”, dem innovativen Vermarktungstool für Immobilien. Du führst Nutzerschulungen im Rahmen des Onboarding-Prozesses durch, gibst Tipps und teilst Best Practices. Während des laufenden Betriebs stehst du für relevante Fragen zur Verfügung, damit unsere Kunden das “HELLO OS” ideal für ihre Bedürfnisse nutzen können. Du bist für Dein zugewiesenes Kundenportfolio verantwortlich, wodurch du die Kundenzufriedenheit sicherstellen und eine nachhaltige Beziehung aufbauen kannst, die für den weiteren Geschäftsverlauf elementar ist.
