Über neoBIM neoBIM entwickelt KI-Software für die Bau- und Immobilienbranche. Unser Konfigurator macht aus einem Grundstück Gebäudevarianten mit Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnung, unser zweites Produkt liest Gemeinderatsprotokolle und findet Bauvorhaben, bevor sie ausgeschrieben werden. Unsere Kunden sind Systembauer, Generalunternehmer und Bauträger. PLIERA (pliera.com) ist unsere Produktmarke. Unsere Gründer sind Pioniere der Architektursoftware und wissen, wie man ein Produkt zum Branchenstandard macht. Bisher entstehen fast alle Gespräche über unseren Outbound-Vertrieb und Messen. Das änderst du: Als erste Marketing-Person baust du Inbound auf, bis Systembauer, Generalunternehmer und Bauträger von sich aus eine Demo anfragen. Du arbeitest täglich eng mit Marko zusammen, unserem Principal Architect. Brand Book, Website, Newsletter und klare Regeln für öffentliche Aussagen gibt es schon.
