Wir suchen Unterstützung für den reibungslosen IT-Betrieb unseres Kunden am Standort Kirchheim (München). Aufgaben Sicherstellung eines schnellen und professionellen IT-Supports für Mitarbeitende bei Störungen, Serviceanfragen und Arbeitsplatzänderungen Gewährleistung der Betriebsbereitschaft von Endgeräten, Peripheriegeräten und der lokalen IT-Infrastruktur Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von IT-Tickets inklusive Anwenderkommunikation und Eskalationsmanagement Pflege und Verwaltung von IT-Assets, Inventar-, Garantie- und Lebenszyklusdaten Unterstützung globaler IT-Teams bei Infrastrukturmaßnahmen und technischen Aktivitäten vor Ort Einhaltung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien, Standards und definierten Prozessen zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Servicequalität Qualifikation Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung Erfahrung im…
