Deine Aufgaben Betreuung und Pflege unserer Social-Media-Kanäle (Instagram, Facebook) zur Steigerung von Reichweite und Interaktion Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von kreativem Content (Bilder, Videos, Stories, Reels) Planung und Umsetzung von Social-Media-Postings und -Kampagnen Vorbereitung und Durchführung von kurzen Videoaufnahmen zur direkten Zielgruppenansprache Unterstützung bei der Analyse und Optimierung von Social-Media-Aktivitäten Content-Recherche und redaktionelle Erstellung von storytellingbasierten Texten sowie ansprechendem Bild- und Videomaterial für das Tourismusportal bodenseeferien.de und das Digital-Out-of-Home-Produkt „Bodenseeferien Infotainment“ Qualitäts- und Content-Management im Rahmen unseres Infotainment-Cloudsystems Telefonischer und schriftlicher Kontakt mit Gästen, Gastgebern und touristischen Akteuren zur Beratung und Auftragsabwicklung; telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung der Gästeanliegen Dein Profil Studium im Bereich BWL, Marketing, Online-Medien, Medienwissenschaften, Tourismusmanagement o. ä.
