Dann ist unsere Position als IT-Systemadministrator (w/m/d) in Hamburg-Harburg und in Vollzeit genau richtig für Dich. In dieser Rolle übernimmst du den operativen IT-Betrieb vor Ort, betreust Microsoft 365, Windows-Clients, Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung sowie klassische Server- und NAS-Strukturen und entwickelst dich perspektivisch zur zentralen IT-Ansprechperson bei HydroMapper. Verstärke unser Team zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als IT-Systemadministrator (w/m/d). Aufgaben Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für den operativen IT-Betrieb bei HydroMapper und bearbeitest IT-Tickets sowie Anwenderanfragen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support. Du administrierst Microsoft 365, betreust Benutzer, Gruppen, Lizenzen, Berechtigungen, Exchange Online, Shared Mailboxes, Verteiler und die Basisadministration von Teams. Du richtest Windows-Clients, Notebooks und Arbeitsplätze ein, begleitest Onboarding und Offboarding und betreust Drucker, Peripherie sowie Standardsoftware.
