En krijg je energie van adviseren, verbeteren én zelf de handen uit de mouwen steken? Bij Priva werk je nauw samen met onze HR Business Partners, HR Director en HR Operations-collega's. Je bent een ervaren sparringpartner voor het HR-team en de business en draagt bij aan complexe HR-casuïstiek, organisatieontwikkeling en strategische HR-projecten. Je combineert een brede HR-expertise met een praktische aanpak. Van arbeidsrecht en verzuim tot HR-processen, beleid, data en systemen: jij weet wat er nodig is om onze HR-dienstverlening continu te verbeteren. Wat ga je doen? Als Senior HR Advisor: adviseer je over complexe HR-vraagstukken, arbeidsrecht, verzuim, arbeidsvoorwaarden en organisatieveranderingen; ondersteun je HR Business Partners en management bij individuele en collectieve HR-casuïstiek; draag je bij aan strategische HR-projecten rondom onder andere cultuur, organisatieontwikkeling, transformatie en HR-beleid; vertaal je HR-strategie en wet- en regelgeving naar duidelijke en werkbare processen en oplossingen; werk…
