Wat ga je doen? Als Operations & Events Stagiair(e) help je mee om onze dagelijkse vaarten soepel te laten verlopen. Je ondersteunt het Operations-team op kantoor en op de kade, met een focus op het Amsterdam Light Festival. Dit is een van de drukste periodes van het jaar. Je helpt bijvoorbeeld bij de planning, coördineert vertrekkende boten en begeleidt gasten bij het instappen. Zo zorg je er samen met je collega's voor dat alles goed verloopt en gasten een fijne ervaring hebben. Je stage is afwisselend, met een combinatie van organiseren en praktisch aanpakken. Wat ga je leren? Helpen bij de voorbereiding en uitvoering van het Amsterdam Light Festival; Ondersteunen bij de planning, roosters en administratie; Gasten ontvangen, instappen begeleiden en wachtrijen op de kade coördineren; Contact onderhouden met planners, duty managers, hosts, schippers en havenpartners; Checklists en registraties bijhouden en operationele gegevens verwerken; Meewerken aan projecten en verbeteringen binnen Operations.
