Für den gesamten Deal-Prozess suchen wir Unterstützung: von der ersten Analyse der Zielunternehmen bis zum Vertragsschluss. Deine Analysen sind die Grundlage, auf der Management und Investoren entscheiden. Deine AufgabenDeal-Sourcing: Identifikation und Analyse potenzieller Akquisitionsziele, inklusive Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Benchmarkanalysen, als Grundlage, auf der Management und Investoren entscheiden. Due Diligence: Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Due-Diligence-Prozessen. Entscheidungsvorlagen: Erstellung von Analysen, IC-Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für Management und Investoren.
