Als Senior Collection Operations & Process Manager (all genders) bist du das operative und analytische Herzstück genau dieser Nachverfolgungsprozesse. Du steuerst und optimierst die europäischen Workflows von der behördlichen Halterdatenabfrage über den Mahnversand bis zur Schnittstelle für Customer Care und externe Inkassopartner. What to expect Prozessverantwortung: Du übernimmst die strategische und operative Gesamtverantwortung für den europäischen Forderungseinzug, um die Effizienz, Rechtskonformität und Skalierung der Halterdatenermittlung (Kennzeichen- und Adressdaten) voranzutreiben.
