TL;DR - We're looking for a Recruiting Operations Specialist to join Lovable on a parental leave cover, with the potential for extension. You'll own day-to-day interview operations, keep Ashby accurate and reliable, and improve the processes that help us hire exceptional people. Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and EAs, you'll make every step clear and well-coordinated for candidates and interviewers. Why Lovable?
