🚀 Senior Talent Partner – Non Tech 📍 Hybrid - London 📄 Fixed Term Contract – 12 months We’re hiring a Senior Talent Partner to support a high-growth global consumer technology business as they scale their team. We are partnering with them to deliver top-tier talent for their core Merchandising and Product functions—covering areas such as Buying, Planning, Category Management, Product Development, and Allocation—across a fast-paced, digitally native environment. This role sits within our delivery team but works embedded with the client, partnering closely with senior stakeholders and helping shape the next layer of leadership in the organisation. Your work will be visible, commercially important, and central to how the company scales. What You’ll Do Own the end-to-end hiring process across Merchandising and Product, from initial brief and talent mapping through to offer and close.
