Deine Mission Deine Insights und Projekte sorgen dafür, dass unsere Kund:innen dauerhaft bei SpotmyEnergy bleiben. Als CX Manager erkennst Du früh, wo Kund:innen unzufrieden werden, und sorgst dafür, dass unsere KI, unser Team und unsere Kund:innen immer auf dem aktuellen Stand sind. Du verbindest Wissensdatenbank, Kundendaten und Kundenkommunikation zu einem Kreislauf. Dein Maßstab: weniger Tickets je Kunde, mehr Fälle im First Level gelöst und noch bessere Bewertungen. Unser KI-Assistent Lumi ist in Tickets, Chat und Hotline bereits vorgeschaltet. Du sorgst dafür, dass es die richtigen Antworten gibt. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit unserer VP Customer Experience zusammen und übernimmst Schritt für Schritt eigene Themen, bis Du sie vollständig verantwortest. Deine Verantwortlichkeiten Du verantwortest unsere Wissensdatenbank: Du hältst sie aktuell, vollständig und widerspruchsfrei, für Lumi, unsere internen KI-Tools und unser Team. Du machst unseren KI-Assistenten Lumi besser: Du prüfst seine Antworten, vergleichst sie mit anderen KI-Tools und schärfst über die Wissensdatenbank nach.
