Jetzt wollen wir KI konsequent in unsere Sales-Organisation bringen, und dafür suchen wir Dich. Deine Aufgaben Identifikation und Umsetzung von KI-Anwendungsfällen in unserer Sales-Organisation, gemeinsam mit unserem erfahrenen Sales-Team. Optimierung unseres CRM (HubSpot): Datenqualität, Pipelines, Reports und Dashboards. Aufbau von Workflows und Automatisierungen, die dem Team im Vertriebsalltag spürbar Zeit sparen. Steuerung und Auswertung von Outbound- und Marketing-Kampagnen sowie Mitentwicklung neuer Kampagnen. KI-gestützte Analysen zu Pipeline, Conversion und Kampagnen-Performance.
