Das kannst du bei uns bewegen Du initiierst und steuerst große Strategieprojekte im Rahmen der Transformation, u.a. zu den Themen Digitalisierung, Business Performance Improvement, Commercial Excellence und Nachhaltigkeit Du entwickelst die Unternehmensstrategie und die Strategien der jeweiligen Business Lines weiter, inkl. der Erarbeitung von Business Cases, der Detaillierung von strategischen Optionen und dem Aufsetzen von Projektteams Du fungierst als Sparring-Partner für die Business Lines der Unternehmensgruppe im Rahmen der Umsetzung der Strategiemaßnahmen und treibst Change-Management aktiv in Transformationsprojekten voran Das bringst du mit Überzeuge uns durch Deine Persönlichkeit: Deine starke Stakeholder- und Lösungsorientierung, Deine hohe Umsetzungs- und Begeisterungsfähigkeit zeichnen Dich aus Relevante Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit nachweisbarem EBITDA-Impact, Erfahrung im Bereich Unternehmensberatung, M&A oder vergleichbar von Vorteil Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse setzen wir für unsere Projektarbeit voraus Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes wirtschafts-, ingenieurs- oder rechtswissenschaftliches Studium.
