Verwaltungssprung is a Berlin-based GovTech company developing AI-powered software solutions to simplify and digitize administrative processes. Our platform enables citizens and public institutions to access secure, user-friendly, and fully digital public services. As we expand our agentic AI platform with new use cases, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager (f/m/d) who thrives on building new use cases from scratch and enjoys bringing clarity and focus to evolving environments. Tasks Drive the full product development cycle: ideation, concept, development, release and continuous improvement Shape the product architecture together with Engineering and AI, combining knowledge bases, agentic workflows and conversational interfaces Conduct user research and discovery with internal and external stakeholders, validate assumptions early and feed learnings back into the product lifecycle Set up priorities, rituals, documentation and decision-making routines Define scope, success metrics and roadmap, and make clear trade-offs between speed, quality and scope Manage progress and expectations towards stakeholders at all levels Ensure quality, usability and reliability of AI featu…
