Aufgaben: Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung deines Teams, förderst die individuelle Entwicklung deiner Mitarbeitenden und stärkst eine serviceorientierte Zusammenarbeit Du etablierst eine vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen und dem Management, koordinierst unterschiedliche Interessen und vertrittst die Belange deines Verantwortungsbereichs auf relevanten Entscheidungsebenen Du trägst die Gesamtverantwortung für die IT-Services in den Filialen und Logistikstandorten und gewährleistest deren sicheren, zuverlässigen und wirtschaftlichen Betrieb Du koordinierst Anforderungen aus dem Business, setzt Prioritäten und planst die Weiterentwicklung des Serviceangebots gemeinsam mit den relevanten Fach- und IT-Bereichen Du gestaltest die Weiterentwicklung der technischen Lösungen für den Filialbetrieb Du verantwortest die Budget- und Kostenplanung, stellst die Einhaltung von Architektur-, Sicherheits- und Compliance-Vorgaben sicher und treibst die kontinuierliche Optimierung von Servicequalität, Automatisierung und Geschäftsnutzen voran Anforderungen: Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Du ve…
