Die GFN GmbH begleitet als Bildungsanbieter mit IT-Spezialisierung deutschlandweit Menschen bei ihrer Weiterbildung und beruflichen Neuorientierung. Für Kurse im Bereich Künstliche Intelligenz, u.a. im Bereich Office Management suchen wir bundesweit Trainer/Dozenten (m/w/x) auf freiberuflicher Basis. Aufgaben Wissensvermittlung u. a. zu den folgenden Themen: KI im Büroalltag und Prompting Microsoft SharePoint und Microsoft 365 Excel-Automatisierungen im Büroalltag Digitale Arbeitsorganisation mit Microsoft 365 Copilot in Excel, Word und Power Point Outlook und Teams: Kommunikation und Organisation Rechtliche Aspekte beim KI-Einsatz Power Automate im digitalen Büro Praxistransfer Digitale Zusammenarbeit und Informationsmanagement Qualifikation Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft SharePoint und Microsoft 365 Unterrichtserfahrung in der Erwachsenenbildung, idealerweise im geförderten Bildungsbereich (Nachweis erforderlich) Nachgewiesene pädagogisch-didaktische Eignung durch die Ausbildereignungsprüfung der IHK (AEVO) oder die Bereitschaft, einen solchen Nachweis noch zu erbringen.
