Deine Rolle Als HRBP bist du zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in und Sparringspartner:in für Führungskräfte in deinem definierten Betreuungsbereich. Du berichtest direkt an die CPCO und bist Teil einer zentral geführten P&C-Organisation. Du gestaltest die People-Agenda für deinen Bereich eigenständig – eingebettet in unsere gemeinsame Strategie, Standards und Arbeitsweise. Du verstehst die Anforderungen des Business, erkennst People-Themen frühzeitig und entwickelst gemeinsam mit den Führungskräften passende Lösungen. Dabei begleitest du auch Veränderungen und unterstützt unsere Organisation in ihrer weiteren Entwicklung.
