Make Your Mark as a Reliability Engineer at Storio group About the role. We are looking for a Reliability Engineer to join our production team and help optimize our machinery operations. In this role, you will analyze the lifecycle of our equipment, evaluate how we manage asset maintenance, and prevent potential downtime before it happens. You will work closely with operational teams to keep our production running safely and smoothly across our plant. When failures do occur, you will advise the team on how to respond quickly and effectively. You will use data and engineering risk methodologies to develop preventive maintenance strategies, establish inspection criteria, and protect our business from performance losses. Your work directly impacts our operational efficiency and the continuous delivery of personalized products to our customers. How you embrace curiosity daily. Analyze statistical data, performance losses, and cost drivers to predict equipment failures and uncover improvement opportunities.
