Nous recherchons un Responsable Commercial (F/H) en CDI pour venir renforcer nos équipes HEMERIA au sein de notre division Land & Sea localisées sur Toulouse. MISSIONS : Rattaché(e) à la Directrice commerciale, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes : Définir les objectifs de vente annuels et construire le plan d’action commercial associé, Identifier de nouvelles opportunités (projets industriels, besoins client) et qualifier les leads, Être le point focal client : relation, fidélisation, suivi de satisfaction, Co-piloter les réponses à appel d’offres avec le Bid Manager et les équipes techniques, Construire une stratégie de partenariat avec des industriels ou intégrateurs complémentaires, Contribuer aux actions de communication commerciale (salons, outils, marketing…), Assurer un reporting régulier de votre activité commerciale, Réaliser des analyses de marché pour ajuster l’approche et prioriser les axes de développement. PROFIL: Vous avez au moins 10 ans d’expérience dans une fonction commerciale dans le secteur de la défense ou des services industriels critiques, Vous connaissez les environnements MCO, soutien logistique, électronique, rétrofit ou services technique…
