Your expedition: Product & Growth This role is about the heartbeat of Polarsteps, the social layer that keeps travelers connected to the people who care about their journeys. You'll own the Social & Follower experience. Your users are followers & travelers; think about features that help travelers share what they're experiencing and help followers stay close from a distance. You are responsible for the engagement mechanics; think about how to make followers feel involved, not just informed, turning a passive audience into a real homefront community. While innovating on this engagement, you will also be owning one of the most important growth loops of our business: the social viral loop.
