Im Auftrag unseres Kunden ISTinox AG suchen wir einen Technischen Leiter Engineering / Lead Engineer Anlagenbau 80–100% Technisch prägen statt verwalten. Lösungen entwickeln, die in der Praxis bestehen. Wir suchen Macher:innen mit technischem Tiefgang. Menschen, die Engineering nicht als Selbstzweck verstehen, sondern als Grundlage für sichere, wirtschaftliche und sauber realisierbare Anlagen. Wen wir suchen Wir suchen eine erfahrene technische Persönlichkeit, die eng mit unserer Geschäftsleitung, den Projektleitern und der Konstruktion zusammenarbeitet, Verantwortung übernimmt, Entscheidungen fachlich begründet und unser Engineering aktiv weiterentwickelt. Dabei geht es nicht primär um Personalführung, sondern um fachliche Führung, technisches Urteilsvermögen und die Fähigkeit, andere mit guten Lösungen weiterzubringen. Du nutzt deinen Freiraum, packst Themen selbstständig an und bringst Projekte auch dann strukturiert und verlässlich ins Ziel, wenn es technisch knifflig wird.
